The fitter had been held up on his previous appointment and was running late. He installed my charger with no issues but had another appointment after me. When it came to explaining about the app I downloaded and how everything worked, I was left to my own devices on how to operate the functions. He told me to work it out myself as he needed to get to his next appointment. I was also left to clean up the brick dust that had gone all over my porch and my drive. I am not impressed as I was told in an email about the fitting of the pod that the helpful expert fitter would give all the information I needed. Luckily my neighbour has a pod fitted and showed how to sort it.I paid just under £1000 for this pod and the fitting and I am left feeling very dissappointed.
