My charger was installed on the 20th March, it worked for a total of 4 minutes before it completely died. POD point have a shocking level of service, repeated calls, no clear escalation beyond “we’ve raised a ticket” no contact number for the technical team, no escalation and no reply to numerous emails or my complaint.I’m without a working charger and they’ve refused to come back and fix it, my “nearest appointment” is 4 weeks from the install date and I’m expected to take another day off work. I was told id be called back Friday by Ali, who they reference in their reply- they haven’t bothered to contact me. When I called customer services and said please can this be escalated they hung up on me. It’s impossible to get any reasonable response from them once you’ve paid.Avoid and use a company able to fit a working charger.
