The installation was scheduled for 30 March; however, no technician attended on that date. I remained at home for the entire day and did not receive any call or notification from Pod Point regarding the missed appointment. When I contacted customer support, my calls were repeatedly transferred to departments where no one was available to assist. Overall, this reflects a very poor level of service.
