Their print quality is horrible, their embroidery is fragile and messy, their HTV prints are not durable at all and deteriorate after one wash, despite them promising it won't. But worst of all is trying to communicate with them. They have a window of like 1 hour when they respond a day, and most of the time they don't actually help. You'll feel like you're talking to bots. Their shipping time is about 15 days on average to the US, and 1 in 3 parcels go missing. The only kind of good thing I can say about them is the quality of the garments, which isn't a surprise since they don't even manufacture them, they source from someone else.
