I actually cancelled my services many months ago and were a negative review back then because they were still trying to take payments from me after having confirmation via email of my cancellation. It’s now January and I am STILL receiving emails for invoices they have raised and notices of ‘non payment’ for services I cancelled last year. How difficult is it for this company to actually CANCEL services for people PROPERLY!? It appears to me that they’re either extremely incompetent or they intentionally do this to extract more money from people.
