STAY AWAY FROM POE.COM!Like so many of us occasionally do on various online trials, I'd forgotten to cancel my trial account before the billing kicked in. The moment it hit, I fired off a Support Request to Poe. Their CS was originally responsive (even if it was a boilerplate email). In a subsequent exchange, "Nathan" committed to processing a refund. Since then, after more than 8 emails from me to this representative, there's been no further response, and of course, no refund either.
