My name is Charles Edward York and I am an American author and poet of 27 books of poetry. I realize this poetry.com doesn’t like to be criticized or held accountable for its ongoing mistake of greed over poetry. It’s pretty clear to me whoever runs this thing is not a poetry lover. They are in fact, more concerned about making money at the expense of exploiting others. I’m writing this because it doesn’t matter to me whether I am a platinum member or not. The simple truth is that I have to pay to send a comment and I am denied any comment directed towards poetry.com as well as an allowance to pay by any other means other than PayPal. They censor critical comments about them! I have the feeling foreign interests are at work here. I am an American author and poet of 27 books and this website won’t even allow me to pay with my own debit card to enter any contest. I am not even allowed. If this website kicks me off, I will know that it’s because they are more concerned with making money than they are honoring the good work of a very humble poet who is prolific profound and actually cares about other people.
