I am a 58 year old single woman. I own a property in Berkeley, California which is pretty much all I have in this world! Around 5 years ago, I desperately needed a big chunk of cash for a procedure which required tens of thousands of dollars and made the biggest mistake of my life by going to POINT!!
They gave me the money and they practically found a host to feed on like a parasit!! The value of my property not only has not gone up but it even has gone down, BUT the big fat share of these guys have grown like HELL to the point that they will virtually own my home pretty soon!! Their main technique for getting you into their swamp is that they would want the entire money all in lump sum cold hard cash back! This is how they make sure that you would NEVER get out of the obligation and then, slowly but surely they would own your home!! Now my house needs a lot of very critical and costly repairs which I don’t have the money for and guess what?? I won’t ever be able to get ANY kind of loan against my equity unless I feed this monster first. AND I won’t be able to get enough cash out to cover both feeding this monster AND having enough left to spend on the repairs!! I am in such a darn situation because of letting these parasites grow on my home that I have no choice other than selling my only asset which I worked so hard for my entire life to create! BUT that is not the only problem!! Due to the condition of my house now, I will have to sell it for such a low price that I will hardly be able to feed this monster and pay off my loan! In fact after so many years of paying for this so called “asset” I will end up with NOTHING!!!
PLEASE PLEASE don’t feed this monster cause then, you and I are not going to be their only victims!!! The review must be written within 12 months of the experience!! So stupid!! That’s why you see the date of experience in 2025!
