The original amounts quoted to me were not even what they actually ended up quoting me upon finishing my application process, the original homeowner cap was shown as 12.5%, then at the end of it all they offered 17.5% as the cap, their numbers and misleading and deceptive, not to mention, my account manager was pretty much non-existent, I did all of the work myself and it was done as soon as requested, my case manager contacted me once I had completed it all and said it should only be a couple of days to complete the process, after waiting for over a week, I contacted the company and requested a different person which they must have completely ignored because no one else ever contacted me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY, their original numbers quoted are not what you end up with. MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES!
