I strongly advise against this company. While the products look appealing for certain dog breeds, the customer service is unacceptable. The sizing guidelines are inaccurate, and they only offer store credit for incorrect sizes, not refunds or exchanges. I am out £60 without the product I ordered, as they won’t restock the correct size for two months. This was after I went through a lot to return the original item. When I contacted customer service, the advisor was argumentative and provided incorrect information. Frustratingly, I could have received a refund had I damaged the product intentionally.
