I am giving one star but I would like to give 0. Originally the sender of the packages was receiving the updates of shipping from Spain to the Netherlands. It was supposed to arrive Monday the 22nd of September so I didn't go to university all day since I was not quoted a time until Monday. They delayed for Tuesday 2pm - 3pm, so I had to skip another 4 university hours. Just before 2pm I was told that it would be delayed until 5pm - 6pm. Meaning I could have not missed more lessons. This is a huge dissappointment and I will not be using this service again, and I recommend no one does. Not to mention the estimated shipping time was from 10 - 14 days and it took 14 days. So not only was the delivery time really long but will all these inconveniences is ridiculous. Terrible service.Update: When my parcels arrived the driver was very rude, angry about my review. I thought this behaviour was utterly unprofessional as I am simply stating what happened. Now, the 17th of October 2025 I was sent an email asking to remove this review, which further shows me the ingenuiety of this company.
