I placed an order and one of the products (cards) was the wrong one plus it seems that it was opened and closed with tape (especially for this kind of product it is not acceptable). After not hearing anything back when trying to contact them on how to return the product, I found where to send it back. I did so and after that I finally received a label to return it, which was too late. I haven’t heard back from them at all and am waiting my refund now: no responses to my emails, no answer on the chat. I never write reviews but this is just the worse customer service ever. Shameful. Edit to answer the company’s reply (20 March 2024): When a customer contacts you to get support on how to return a product and doesn’t hear back from you in days, and your FAQ has a dedicated section on how to return a product, simply answer to your customer in a normal timeframe so they can get a label and return products as it should according to you. But don’t blame clients to take the initiative when the only way to get an answer after a very long time is to post this very honest and true review.Also don’t ask your clients to remove their review, ridiculous and faking what quality of service you offer, poor.Page on website stating where to return a product:« De verzendkosten zijn alleen wel voor je eigen rekening.
