Sent me the wrong binder and take forever to respond. It's been a week now and I have been told that they are working on it and that they would handle it yesterday. It can't be that a simple error like this takes this much time to fix.Edit: I finally received the return label yesterday (13.03.2023) after the customer support person claimed they sent it days ago already but I didn't receive anything. I had to message them multiple times everyday to get this solved. (First message to support was sent 26.02.2023)Edit 2: Finally got my refund on the 20.03.2023
