I encountered difficulty getting the artwork on one side to fit properly. I emailed, and they assured me their team would review and fix any issues. When I later checked my order, I didn't see the proof, which increased my concern. However, I received a shipping notice, and when they arrived, they were perfect. Excellent job by quality assurance! I couldn't be more satisfied with the final product! To be transparent, I checked two other manufacturers—one offered a lower price, but neither could match the quality. I ordered based on my draft chip, and they improved it beyond my expectations.
