He is very honest, knowledgeable, and always there for you. He gives you multiple tracking tools to help you reach your goal so if you hit a problem or can not progress you just communicate that to him and you get the advice you need. He has been coaching me for six months now with his polarity fitness method and many of the issues I had from other personal trainers and doing things on my own he helpd me get past. I had body dysmorphia fears and trouble burning out on routines. He helped me get past the body dysmorphia by explaining how the bulking actually works and is tracked. His polarity fitness method also allows me to recover enough for my next workout so that I dont face the constant burnout in the gym. I have made more progress on this polarity method in the six months I have been following it then all the years past going in circles in the gym. It is not a one size fits all routine, he tailors it to your needs whatever age you are in your fitness journey or limitations you may have.
