I bought the Cyme bag back in January. Over summer I noticed that the handles were starting to crack and it was beginning to effect the stitching too. I contacted customer services and they offered me a free repair in their Spanish workshop - great right? Their workshop was closed for August so I decided to send the bag back once it reopened beginning of September. I was told the bag would be repaired and returned within a month.. Now we’re 8 weeks later and I still have not received my repaired bag back!! I have had no updates, I’ve chased twice and basically been told to be patient with the repair having been started on 17th September I have no idea what is taking so long and the poor communication is very worrying. Now I’m beginning to wonder if I will ever receive my bag back!!!
