I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Polène. I ordered a bag, and while the tracking information showed that it was delivered, I never received it. What's even more infuriating is that their website clearly states that an ID check is required upon delivery, which was obviously not performed. Instead of taking responsibility, they asked me to file a stolen report.As a previous supporter of Polène, I am deeply disappointed. This incident has completely tarnished my perception of the brand. It feels like they are taking advantage of me as a consumer, making it incredibly difficult to seek redress.Polène has not upheld these standards, leaving me without the bag I paid for and no clear resolution in sight. I cannot recommend this brand to anyone and will be sharing my negative experience widely.
