Very upset to be writing this as I have bags of impeccable quality. However I ordered a small item (belt) over a week ago and it has not even shipped, despite paying for delivery that should take 7 days max. No reply to my emails either. Really shocking. The quality has to be reflected in the service too otherwise you cannot even begin to call yourself a luxury brand.
