I was sent a bag that was very obviously used. I hadn't even taken it out of the dust bag fully and I could see scuffs, stains and scratches on the leather and hardware. Their refund policy is that the customer pays the return shipping, which I think is ridiculous, as they sent me a used product, they should cover the cost. So I got in contact with customer service and they agreed to cover an exchange (and pay return shipping for it) but I'm going to have to pay the import fee again. Literally a waste of my money.
