You wrote that I would soon receive an email that a new bag was on its way to me.I haven't heard anything from you.I expect you to send me a new bag soon.It is not reasonable to wait so long, first to finally get in touch with you and then now for a new bag.I'm looking forward to hearing from youupdate.Polence finally returned.they asked for a video of the problem.I sent that to them. but I also expressed how poor a service it is that they don't just send a return label.shortly after they sent one and the bag is now on its way back.I am wondering when I will receive a new one.Hello,I have left phone messages and serveral e-mails for you, and done everything you write to contact you regarding a bag with errors.The bag was a gift and we would like to exchange it for a new one as soon as possible.The lock is defective and opens as soon as the bag is carried by the handle or over the shoulder.
