I ordered a bag on pre-order January and received it on 27th February. After considering for a few days I decided that unfortunately it was too small for my needs so I went online to initiate a return.. When I entered my order number (UK13579) it said I had exceeded the return window. How can this be? I had not had the bag a week?! Presumably because of the pre-order date it looks like the clock starts to count down from then. Several emails have been sent and so far no help or reply. I am extremely unhappy at this poor customer service. It doesn't help that I chose the option of Klarna instalments to pay so....
