WARNING: PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM POLENE! Polene has a terrible customer service, this is the worst customer service I ever have experienced. FYI, I pre-ordered a bag on 2/5, but I didn't receive the bag until 3/6. Unfortunately, it is too small for me to keep. I requested a return authorization for this bag on the same day, 3/6. I never got any response, so I emailed Polene again on 3/7, then I emailed again twice today, and there is no response. If I knew that Polene had such bad reviews regarding their return, I would not purchase the bag. It is beyond frustrating that Polene does not care about their customers. Please provide me with a return voucher or RMA# to return the bag within your return policy requirements. Please save yourself from this nightmare...
