I have written to the costumer service many times, but haven’t received any respons… I have bought a pre-order bag 15/1 and I just received it 3th march. The bag was beautiful, but didn’t suit me, so I want to return. I tried the return site,But could’t, so I hope that I still can return the bag,… just saw here in trustpilot, that it has been difficult to reach out for costumer service and return process.. I want to return my order EU33181 !!
