I ordered a bag as a treat for myself on the 27th of April. The initial shipping was really quick however when the item arrived, it was the wrong colour. I took photos of my order confirmation and the bag I received and sent this across to customer service and they came back to me promptly with a return label and confirmed they would send the correct item out to me once the original item had been returned. The bag was returned the following day and since then I have emailed numerous times to confirm this has been sent and chase up the correct item. Nearly 3 weeks on I am still waiting for my bag to be delivered or an email back from Polene. I am very disappointed with the delays and the lack of communication since I have returned the bag. The bags are not cheap so I would have expected some checks to be carried out before the items are shipped to ensure mistakes like this do not happen and I'm now starting to question when and if I will ever receive the correct item.
