I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP PLEASE (ASAP)

Ordered a bag (EU41106) on Polene's EU site on April 3, 2023 and received a confirmation email. Immediately, I replied to the email to coordinate with the Polene team because I am having the bag shipped to my friend's airbnb where she is vacationing and was on a tight time constraint; so naturally, I just wanted to keep in communication with them so they know the situation and have a smooth transaction. 24hrs later, no reply. I didn't want to bother Polene as much as possible, but am obviously concerned about my order since it's status was still 'unfulfilled' after 2days and shipping was supposed to be 5days. Sent them another email, and after seeing all these negative reviews, decided to send them a DM on IG bc I'm really desperate to get the bag shipped and received in time, especially with the upcoming holidays that might cause shipping delays. Polene team, I know you guys are busy but PLEEEAAASEE HELP ME! I need my package expedited or something to ensure it's received by April 9. Thank you in advance ☹️UPDATE:Thankfully, the Polene team has reached out to my DM on IG, and shortly thereafter, on emails. Unfortunately the bag has yet to be shipped, albeit ready for pick up. Still a bit anxious about the delivery time, considering the upcoming holiday, but at least I've gotten some update to the status of my order. Thank you again to the Polene team for reaching out, and hopefully continuously updating me regarding shipment. Update #2:The Polène team has been so kind in keeping me updated regarding my order, relaying to me that my package has finally been shipped out along with DHL's estimated delivery time. Extending my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the team for addressing my concerns, especially given the time and geographical sensitivity of my situation. I look forward to finally receiving my Polène bag soon!💖(Hope this helps, will keep you guys updated 😊)
