Absolutely love this team of polers! There's so much support from Kelly and her team. I was in the local studio for a couple of years before it closed down and missed having classes. I came across Pole Power online and was skeptical at first. I was so nervous not having a spotter on harder tricks. But I gave the online training a try and fell in love with the lessons. Kelly and her team help you through the moves with step by step instructions on movements to get into each pose. You condition, you play, and you become the best pole version of you. Plus the fb crew is very supportive. I highly recommend for anyone who has a pole!!
