In my view, the IOPC exhibits a negative bias and fails to deliver honest review outcomes, consistently siding with the police. They neglected to consider my witnesses who could support my right to review. Although IOPC case workers are supposed to gather evidence, they did not address the medical documents that reinforced my position. Furthermore, they ignored the inaccuracies presented by the police in their summary report. My complaint seems to have gone nowhere.
