The pens come in a very nice box beautifully presented.
All pens are black so to check the colour you do need to remove the lid (perhaps a color indication somewhere on the pen would be good).
Application is easy on my left hand (I am right handed), however, I did find it rather awkward to do my right hand neatly, more difficult than regular nail polish.
I applied two coats of colour after the base coat.
Applied the top coat.
Lovely shine, looked great for my night out but the tips of my nails had chipped before I got home.
Overall, I would say its a brilliant idea but the quality isn't quite there yet.
This product is ideal for a quick application when time is an issue. It is also quick and easy to fix the chips but if you want a product that lasts- this isn't it.
