I've been a member for years and was satisfied until the past few months. Most surveys I complete take longer than promised and I end up disqualified with no reward. When I reach out to support, I receive generic responses that they aren’t responsible. Recently, I completed a survey that promised 222 points but received nothing. I won't bother with a ticket anymore; I’ll just report it here. I should have received over €20 in the last months, but it never arrived. Bugs can happen, but not this often, and it needs to be addressed seriously; people deserve to be rewarded for their time.
