I would suggest the company as reliable, with the exception of two points. One is that the indicated time to complete each survey is much shorter than I actually needed. After my experience with two or three surveys, I estimated three times more than what was written to decide if I would proceed with a survey or not. The second problematic point is that my reward request from "Polytimes Gnomes” – the Greek panel of “Valued Opinions" – had no result. I contacted the UK customer support department– that means in a different language than the one I used in the panel – and this would most likely be a problem for a number of users. Customer support was very helpful in our second contact, while in their first response it was not.Thankfully, the issue was successfully resolved, but unfortunately it took effort to make it happen.
