The craftsmanship and materials exceeded our expectations.The only challenge was the shipping process. The items were sent from outside the EU, which meant we had to pay import VAT. It would have been helpful to know this in advance (you can find it on the website but rather in the fineprint than in your purchase summary). Additionally, one chair arrived with a defect, but the company handled it exceptionally well. They responded immediately and resolved every issue without hesitation.Overall, we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend this company for their high-quality products and excellent customer service.
