I did not come to this program thinking that it was going to be an easy recovery. I knew that it took a long time for me to get sick, and I knew that it would take a long time to get well. I have been with the Pompa Program for about 2 years and I have noticed a significant improvement in my health. It has been slow but consistent improvement. I have learned so much about how to keep myself healthy and how to be responsible for my own health. Dr. Pompa is extremely compassionate man who truly loves what he is doing.
