Our initial in store visit and planning/measuring consultation by Karl was excellent he was so knowledgeable and honest about the type of carpet we should choose. Then today's fitting team of Stuart, Paul and Will were an absolute pleasure they explained every step of the fit in detail and their quality and skills of carpet fitting were the best we have every experienced.
