Customer service was excellent in store when purchasing the new furniture. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful.Steve and Tom were our delivery men and they were both brilliant. They were friendly and courteous and arrived punctually. They took great care when getting the furniture into the room which was a tricky job but they persevered and patiently tried a few ways to get the furniture round a corner finally successfully manoeuvring things into the sitting room. Fantastic effort and a job brilliantly executed. I would recommend Ponsford’s to everyone.
