We were greeted on arrival in store but the staff left us to browse at our own pace. Steven was v helpful when we asked for more information. He was helpful, friendly, clearly v knowledgeable, and could answer all our Qs. There was no hard sell and he was happy to leave us to mull things over in our own time. Once we’d ordered the sofa, we were expecting a call the working day before delivery to give an am/pm slot but when I hadn’t heard by 4pm, I rang them. They gave a time slot of 1-3pm which was helpful. At 2.15 they rang to say delivery was likely to be 2.45 and they were bang on time. I’d told the shop that my garden has lots of steps but unfortunately this wasn’t passed to the delivery crew. Although Steve and Tom weren’t too happy about the surprise, they were good natured, friendly and most importantly, collected the old sofa and delivered the new one. I have no doubt less customer focused companies would have refused delivery and turned tail. Delivery was swift and seamless. They worked perfectly as a team and the whole thing was completed impressively quickly, smoothly and with no fuss. I’m delighted with the service and I hope the sofa itself lives up to the high standards shown by the staff.
