We had already ordered furniture from Ponsford and given the excellent service we received decided to look no further for a carpet.We had a specific requirement in that we wanted to try and soundproof our lounge as much as possible from sound coming through our floor from next doors garage area.We made an appointment for Karl to visit, he is a wealth of knowledge what he doesn’t know about carpets is not worth knowing.He advised on the best possible underlay, and although it would not totally eradicate the problem it would certainly help.We chose a carpet, ordered it and within a couple of weeks we had it fitted.Graeme & Will our fitters arrived on time and undertook the job in hand with expertise and care.Graeme a craftsman accompanied by Will an excellent assistant.These two chaps go over and above, they excel in their work as they genuinely care.An absolute pleasure having them in my house and a wonderful job too.
