My wife and I wisted Ponsfords without any Real decisions made about what sort of suite we would like as a replacement for our current one. We met up with Hakina a sales advisor and must’ve spent at least an hour if not more in the store without any pressure but offered advice guidance which soon became apparent as experience . We left armed with information and advice got Home and made an informed decision but just to make sure we revisited today yet again we spent a good hour without pressure just guidance and advice I have to say Customer Service like this is very rare these days and I would like to thank Hakina for her service and advice, we would like to add that you are a credit to the company and your customer service is excellent.
