I contacted Ponsfords customer service yesterday with a query regarding a sofa purchased 14 years ago. I needed a spare part but was unable to locate the manufacturer via the web so turned to Ponsfords to see if they might help.This morning I had a call from Catherine who was extremely helpful. She too had looked for the contact details of the manufacturer but they were not responding leading to the conclusion they were no longer trading! However, she was able to offer suggestions as to where the replacement part might be sourced, which I am currently pursuing.
