Andrew from the showroom spent time explaining how the bespoke service worked, Carl came out at showed me samples and offered guidance over the phone when ordering, and both Will and Paul were excellent fitters who spent hours perfecting the pattern matching on 2 staircases and two landings. My house, being old, with its wonky walls and stairs, really showed the skills of these fitters and they were both professional and friendly.
