As a customer I have never ever been spoken to the way I was by one of the sales team at Ponsford. His attitude was appalling. His snobbery was unbelievable! He told me he had 20 years of experience and accused me of chasing and chasing an order for a sofa we ordered at the end of October 2024 and were still waiting for at the end of February 2025! He had no concept of logistics and didn’t seem to understand I needed a date to work to, to enable me to rid of my existing sofas. After a couple of baffling and bumbling left messages on my voice mail we eventually spoke for him to tell me, the chair had arrived but he didn’t know which lorry the sofa would arrive on. He couldn’t give a date as ‘didn’t I know that lorry’s have taco-graphs and drivers need to sleep’! 🤷♀️. Disgusting service ! He left me feeling so belittled I put the phone down on him ! When sofa eventually came the wrong cushions arrived with the chair. Totally non matching with the sofa and NOT what I ordered. It took another 6 weeks before the cushion covers were eventually dispatched. It was as though no one cared. ! I would never recommend anyone to use them - Look elsewhere!
