After refurbishing our home we were in need of some new furniture. We spent a lot of time in Ponsfords assessing the wide range of options. The range of choice is excellent and all the staff are friendly, helpful and informative. We initially bought a sofa after receiving a great deal of information and support from Mary and Carl. We are very happy with it. Then we moved onto exploring tv consoles and sideboards and as a result spent a great deal of time with Jonathon. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he produced a number of designs for us to consider. We bought two low boards that have proved to perfectly meet our needs and now have a sideboard and new dining chairs on order. Jonathon guided us through all this activity and his patience and knowledge has been very much appreciated.
