Returning again to PONSFORDS this time ordering dining suite, sideboard unit and garden furniture. Suraj as always, was there to guide, advise and support our purchases. We were offered complimentary drinks by Suraj so that he could check that all the items we were ordering were available. Unfortunately the Cafe (on the top floor - you need to visit next time!) had actually just closed. Regardless, Denise, the lovely lady working in the Cafe reopened and immediately served us two hot drinks with a smile and a lovely chat. Denise is an absolute credit to this fabulous business and made our shopping experience even more special. She went above and beyond to help us and offered us exemplary customer service!
