Unfortunately we had issues with a Stressless sofa bought directly from Ponsford. We couldn't have received better customer care than what we received from Ylanda at Ponsford. Her responses were always prompt and informative, we were always kept in the loop. We are now the owners of a new sofa, all sorted out by Ylanda. Can't recommend Ponsford enough!
