I suppose this review is more about service than a place. Ponsfords is a large and really diverse (styles) furniture store in Sheffield. Located on a busy main road but with a small amount of of street parking it is easily accessible. All the furniture is well presented and is "zoned"into genre or makes. The newer building has the modern styles in and is really accessible. The older building feels smaller (cosier?) due to the age of the building and the lighting.Our experience and decision to buy was down to the service from a guy called Gavin. Polite, patient, personable, understanding but also accepted some honest feedback about our experience. There were certain frustrations with interruptions, possibly me being not the most tolerant....Would I buy from there again. Yes if they had what I was looking for. (Just had the sofa and chair delivered and the delivery guys couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.)
