Ponsford’s have never let us down. We have been shopping at Ponsford’s since first married, (now 50yrs on). They are still as competent, professional and efficient. Carpet fitters Graeme & William, were as I now expect from Ponsford’s, excellent.Their care and attention to detail is first class, nothing was too much trouble when unexpected issues came up. They treat your home with respect. From first dealing with the carpet department, Karl was knowledgeable, informative and did not push the “hard sale” so much so we ended up having three bedroom carpets fitted instead of the original just one. Excellent service from beginning to end. Plus an added bonus, their after service is first class. If a problem does occur, you know they will still be there in years to come and it will get sorted.
