I bought a Streelee Fiona sofa July 24 .By April 25it had compresses was uncomfortable and material very loose .Ponsfords saw no faults In June I returned with more photos showing deterioration,Was told by Suraj director and customer services ALL STRESSLESS furniture does this it is expected .I argued I wasn’t told this a point of sale had a witness to this .After e mailing Stressless themselves for the product information etc Customer services told me I had to deal with them but would not ask the question to Stressless .I would never had purchased the sofa if given this inf at point of sale .Ponsfords have now CLOSED my case and told me to go through ombudsman The customer service manager was extremely aggressive .I am left in limbo having gone to a 5*company 3years previous and had brilliant service for a Stressless chair .
