In the past few days the site has been filled with groups of people infiltrating and spreading racist rhetoric, their is no way to report this kind of behavior to anyone higher up and the only thing you can do is hide them, this is not a permanent solution to the issues people are facing. It's making what should be a good online experience feel unsafe. The same people spreading this rhetoric are targeting and bullying users with anything to say against it. Various users have complained to me personally about the site being used specifically to prey on children but not just users but administration as well I'm not sure if these rumors hold truth but with the companies unwillingness to at least place in some form of online admin or surveillance to patrol and sort through some of the going ons I can't say that I personally would be shocked if any of them rang true.
