I changed my boy to pooch and mutt dry dog food ..he loved it ...until they changed the size of kibble ...it tripled in size ..and refuses to eat it ..I was so disappointed as it has made such a difference to his joints .
Pooch and Mutt have been brilliant 👏 I honestly cannot fault them ....they didn't hesitate to offer a refund ....and had a bag of old kibble and offered to send that too !!Long term ...got to find alternative as good 😔 short term ....they couldn't have been more.helpful !!! BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Thank You guys 😊

Milos favourite treat flavour is the Lovestruck Lamb (which I have to stock up on every year to see us through to the next 😂) and Duck & Rosemary!
Don't be fooled by words like veterinary approved, supports food allergies and reduction of intolerances. This food is NOT fully hydrolysed, therefore NOT recommended by vets and NOT suitable if you are following an elimination diet!
I feel sorry for any other dog owners who are mislead by this food. Who are hoping to relieve symptoms, allergies and suffering as recommended by their vets, focusing on elimination diets hoping to find answers... This food is NOT suitable for that and worse still, caused a major flare up for my dog resulting in even more vets visits. 👎👎👎
Inevitably, changes bring challenges. As is often the case, new branding has its downsides. The mini range is no longer mini, as the kibble size has increased, which is problematic for my three tiny chihuahuas. They all loved the previous primal minis, but now two of them are having difficulty with the larger kibble. The senior dog is managing, but the size is still smaller than before. At least she’s eating it, so the recipe remains unchanged for our 11-year-old. Now, I'm back to square one trying to find suitable food for my chihuahuas, all while working over 40 hours a week, leaving me no time to modify kibble. It's frustrating since my dogs have never missed a meal with this brand.
They delivered and charged us for an additional bag of food despite my clear request not to. I've emailed three times but have yet to receive a response! This is truly disappointing service and a terrible first experience. Moreover, the website has issues, lacking a cancellation option for subscriptions and featuring many other problems.
We truly enjoy using this service. Our orders are consistently delivered quickly and carefully, and the packaging is great. My dogs are completely obsessed with everything they offer, and the ingredients are high quality. We always recommend this service to everyone.
