As I was unable to collect the car at the scheduled time , I called the team there and asked if they could deliver the car to me the next day . The response I received was wonderful, customer focused and extremely helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them . I have been taking my car to Poole Audi for nearly 5 years now , I have always been received by efficient, professional and helpful staff , it’s always been a good experience and I come away feeling like a valued customer.
