Avoid Audi Poole - Dishonest and Unprofessional Service

I am deeply disappointed with my experience purchasing an Audi S5 from Audi Poole. From start to finish, the level of service was unacceptable, and their lack of honesty and professionalism has left me questioning the integrity of the dealership.Firstly, Audi Poole failed to perform the pre-sale 149-point check that is promised with Audi Approved Used cars. The vehicle was sent out with:• A scratch in the paintwork that wasn’t present when we paid the deposit.• A chip in the windscreen.• A broken heating element on the air conditioning.• A passenger door lock that didn’t work.• A GDPR breach, as the previous owner’s personal information and bills were left in the glove box.These issues made it clear that the car did not undergo the promised 149-point inspection or even receive a basic valet before being handed over to us.When we handed the car over for repairs, Audi Poole failed yet again. The door lock still didn’t work, and the previous owner’s documents were still in the glove box when the car was returned to us. To make matters worse, the car had developed a rattle, so we took it to our local Audi dealership for a second opinion.Our local Audi garage informed us that the car was flagged as mapped/chipped (TD1), which voided the warranty that Audi Poole had assured us was in place. Not only does this violate Audi’s Approved Used Car policy, but it also constitutes a major misrepresentation of the car’s condition at the time of sale.Audi Poole has been dishonest and unprofessional throughout this entire process. They sold us a car that should never have been marketed as Audi Approved Used and failed to address the issues we raised. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Audi Poole to think twice. Trust is essential when buying a car, and unfortunately, Audi Poole has proven themselves to be entirely untrustworthy.
